Computers, Photocopier & Internet Access

Wireless access is available at the library to anyone with a campus computing account issued by the IT Services Department. The Library does not issue wireless accounts. 

The library has ten computers located on the first floor in the reading room. Six of the computers are available for guests to use. Four computers are reserved for monks, students and employees of Conception Abbey and Seminary College.

Library patrons with campus computing accounts may use personal notebook computers to connect to the internet by using one of the wall ports located in the library reading room.

The first-floor library computers will print to either the photocopier or a network printer. The photocopier is set as the default. If the photocopier is not working correctly, change the printer setting to the HP LaserJet P2015. A donation of 10 cents per printed page is suggested and appreciated. Please place your donation in the box next to the photocopier.

There are two ways to scan documents in the library, using the photocopier or using the flatbed scanner attached to a computer across from the network printer. Please see a librarian for assistance.
